Know your dashboard
Everything lands here: live spot prices, your favorite warehouses, Costco.com inventory with live buyer bids from four brokers, and any in-progress restock confirmations.
Step 1 — Find your warehouses
Search your zip in the Search by Zip card, then click the star on any store you'd actually drive to. Starred warehouses appear in your Favorite Warehouses card automatically — that's the set Gold Alerts watches for you on the dashboard.
Step 2 — Dial in your profit stack
A Purchase Profile is your cost-reduction stack: credit-card cashback, Costco Executive rebate, sales tax, shipping. Once it's set, every price in the app turns into your margin — the same bar can be a winner for one member and a pass for another, and the profit columns show which one you are.
Step 3 — Turn on alerts

In-store restock
A favorited warehouse gets gold back on the floor. Use it when you'd drive over the same day.
Online restock
A Costco.com product comes back in stock. Stays armed and re-fires on every restock.
New product
Costco lists a gold or silver SKU that's never been seen before. First-mover signal.
Spot price
Gold or silver crosses your target price. One-shot; re-arm it when you want it again.
Profit
An in-stock product clears your profit threshold against live broker bids, using your profile.
Price anomaly
The scanner confirms a price unusually close to spot — no threshold needed, always on watch.
SMS + settings
Email and push alerts work on every plan with zero setup. Want texts? Everything on Gold Alerts is free except SMS — Max Stacker adds text alerts for $15/mo (5-day free trial). Add your phone number in Settings, set your timezone, and use SMS quiet hours to pause texts overnight. The default-channel toggles there only seed new alerts — each alert keeps its own delivery switches.
